We provide free shipping with orders that are over €45. Flat rate shipping charges can be estimated as follows:
Prints, original arts, postcards
The product will be prepared and send out from Sweden within 2-3 business days after receiving the order. Within Europe, the USA and Canada may take 5-10 days. The rest of the countries may take 14 days or longer depends on the location.
T-shirt, Hoodie, Mug
The product is only made for you, usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
We understand how annoying and frustrated that your packages are lost or stolen. We are sorry that we are not be able to responsible for it. If order tracking shows your package(s) as “Delivered”, the order will not be able to be refunded or replaced. We recommend you to contact your local post office or shipping facility to file a lost/stolen mail claim.
A refund will be issued when we receive the uncollected package. Shipping costs and additional duties, taxes or any additional charge that may incur for uncollected packages will not be refunded by JinnyChen Studio store. In other words, we will refund you the amount that deducts the shipping fee, return shipping fee and other additional charges that may incur (If the order applied free shipping, the refund will still deduct the shipping fee).
Please unpack carefully and retain all packaging until you have decided that you are happy with your purchase.
From the time you receive your original artwork/print, you have 14 days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund.
We also require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within 5 days after confirming with us that the work will be returned. So, if you receive artwork you’ve purchased from Jasmine Farrow Art and are not fully satisfied, you have:
14 days to contact us about your intent to return the work
5 days from the day you contacted us to ship out the artwork.
***Do not ship the artwork before contacting us.***
If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 14 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 5 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions will apply. Please contact us for an assessment of your specific situation.)
How to Return an Original, Undamaged Work/Print/Postcard
Step 1 – Within 14 days of your merchandise delivery date, please contact our email support at email@example.com to give us your order information and the reason for wanting to return the work.
Step 2 – Repackage the artwork/print using the original packaging materials. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing similar acid-free packaging materials to send the artwork/print back safely and securely to the artist. Please contact me for advice if needed.
Step 3 – Email firstname.lastname@example.org to complete the return process.
Once the piece safely reaches us, We will process your return and refund process to your original source of payment in the same currency (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any). Damaged artwork/print caused by improper packaging will not be refunded.
You have 14 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To return the item, please follow the following requirements:
- Please contact us or send email to email@example.com within 14 days from you received the item, and let us know your order number and which product(s), unfortunately, do(es) not meet your expectation so that you want to return it. Then we will provide you the return address to the email address that you leave.
- Please send the item back to the address that we provide with its original package.
Once we receive your item, we will send the confirmation email to you and notify your refund status.
The refund request will be sent to your bank or card issuer. And you will see the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank and card issuer’s policy. You will be refunded the amount you paid for the product(s) returned excluding any delivery charges related to the return (if appropriate). In other words, we will refund you the cost of the Products but not your delivery charges.
If your returning item applied discount with other items (for example, 2 T-shirts for €10 discount). The discount will not be applied to your order anymore, which means the rest of the item will be calculated in the original price and the refund amount will deduct the price differences.
You have the right to ask for replacement within 14 days upon the date that you received your order if you want to change size or product colors.
To do the replacement, please contact us or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and leave your order number, the product that you want to change, and the size or color that you want to change to.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping
costs are nonrefundable.
If the product is damaged when you receive it, please contact us by email (email@example.com) within 14 days and save the original package. Please leave your order number, provide the product details by describing the damage, and attach pictures in the reporting mail (You can help us to improve the packing method and reduce the risk :)). Then we will get back to you with the best solution as soon as possible.
The refunding or replacement of the item shall take place as soon as possible and in all cases within 14 days from the date on which we send you an email confirming that the refund or replacement of the product is going ahead.
The amounts paid for the products returned due to any damage or defect, when it actually exists, will be
refunded in full, including the delivery costs related to sending the item and the reasonable costs to
you for returning it to us. The refund shall be paid by the same payment means you used to pay from
the purchase. All rights recognized in current legislation shall in any case be safeguarded.
