1. How long is the shipping time?
The product will be sent out from Sweden and it takes around 5-7 days to ship within Europe or to the USA. Countries that are outside Europe and USA may take 10-14 days or longer depend on the location.
The product is only made for you, usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

2. Can I ask for a refund?
We want you to be satisfied with our products. In the unlucky event that my products do not live up to your expectations, you can return the products and we will offer a refund of the product but not the shipping and return shipping charge. You will be refunded the amount you paid for the product(s) returned excluding any delivery charges related to the return (if appropriate). In other words, we will refund you the cost of the Products but not your delivery charges.
If the product is damaged when you receive it, you can ask for a replacement or a full refund within 2 weeks. To return the product, you do not need to afford the return shipping fee.
To report the damaged product and ask for a replacement or refund, please contact us by mail (firstname.lastname@example.org). It would be really great if you can describe the damage and attach pictures of it, so you can help us to improve the packing method and reduce the risk.
3. What will happen if I do not pick up the package?
You should receive a notice from the local post-service if it is failed to deliver. You may need to pick up by yourself at the post office or arrange a re-delivery.
The package will be sent back to us if no action is taken within 14 days. We will issue the refund when we receive the uncollected package. Shipping costs and additional duties, taxes or any additional charge that may incur for uncollected packages will not be refunded by JinnyChen Studio store. In other words, we will refund you the amount that deducts the shipping fee, return shipping fee and other additional charges that may incur (If the order applied free shipping, the refund will still deduct the shipping fee).
4. I qualified for a discount when ordering multiple products but I want to return one of the products. Will my discount still apply?
If your remaining purchase after returning one product does no longer fulfill the amount to qualify for the discount. We will have to charge you the full price for the remaining products. We will only be able to repay you the difference between the full price of the remaining products and your original order.
5. Can I change the size or the product color?
Please be extra careful and double-check the color and size of the T-shirt, because it is made just for you. But if it, unfortunately, does not fit you, and we want our product to fit you perfectly, you can ask for a replacement.
To replace the products (T-shirt, Hoodie and mugs), please contact us or send an email to email@example.com within 14 days upon the date that you received your order. And leave your order number, a product that you want to change, and the size or color that you want to change to. However, you will have to cover the return shipping.
6. Do you take commissions?
